This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Buy a different brand! One that stands behind its products and cares about their customers!

This company tried to charge me for shipping twice for warrantee replacement and then told me that they mailed me my product but they sent it to the wrong address and they sent it to the wrong address because it was my fault. Even though, they had me select my billing and shipping address as the same and they were able to charge my credit card. This place is a scam

When I bought this very expensive cover and glass they told me I could replace them any time no questions asked. I went to the booth were I got them and they don't have anything for Iphone 8 anymore. I had to call and order. The cover and the glass. They charge for shipping 7.99 each and they don't have anything. They sent two glass orders and wasn't even the rose gold glass I had originally ordered and they didn't send the cover it was their mistake but they told me my mistake or theirs I have to pay shipping! I fought and they ended up not charging it but you have to send the old cover back to them or they will charge full price dor the cover they are sending. I wasn't told that when I bought it the first time. Don't buy this.! I don't think its worth the price and the hussle.

I ordered my replacement screen protector on March 22. It is now May 9th. I have logged in to see the status of my order and track my package, that states that it's enroute... the "estimated delivery date has changed 6 times now. I feel like I'm being scammed, but I got their website from an AT&T store.

Terrible product even worse customer service. Refused to pay postage on my return of faulty product.

Terrible customer service! They used to be better and faster, now they have rude representatives who talk down on you and have no idea how to actually help. The hold times are super long, they must have downsized significantly.. The shipping is terribly slow.. But their prices are Up..!
This company is definitely going out of business, and I'm not going to buy anything with their brands any more..

Worse product ever not worth the money. Purchased through Tmobile, who claimed to have replacements for free, but it turned out that wasn't true. The protector barely lasted a week and expected to pay shipping fees of $7. You can buy 3 screen protectors for that price on Amazon, and they last just as long as this crappy $50 screen protector that claims to be top quality. Their watch screen protectors equally suck and break instantly.

Agent was dismissive. Been waiting 6months for warranty. Finally receive wrong product that doesn't even fit fone. Agent couldn't have cared less. Still no call from a supervisor

(Glass Fusion+) Installed countless of screen protectors before, without a stinking guiding case all without fail. Attempting to use the case along with the instructional video from Zagg, and the entire screen ended up with bubbles to the point of a hardly usable touchscreen. Zagg claims that's how it's supposed to be and offered no further assistance, only to make a claim. Protector doesn't even cover the entirety of my S20+.

Done waste your money on over priced products that don't last. Their warranty is a a ripoff. You can get a better product for around $5.00 at other stores.

When I purchased my first screen cover and it failed Zagg was great. Almost overnight I had the replacement. Now that they are too big to care a simple replacement takes nearly three weeks from start to finish. That's ridiculous. The quality of their product is also going down fast. Most recently when I purchased a new 12 Pro Max and Apple Watch I ordered screen covers right after ordering the phone and watch. When I got the screen covers they were very bad. The edges were very rough as though cut with a dull knife. They both failed, fell right off. Replacing them took a total of 20 days from start to finish. Again that's ridiculous. Zagg has got too big to care which seems typical anymore. They have got the last dollar of mine they will ever get.

I've used zagg's invisibility screen protectors for years now and I wouldn't switch to any other! One thing that keeps me from changing is the warranty they offer. I've broken my screen protector so many times that this warranty is such a nice bonus.

The website is easy to use and you can get a new screen protector with a few clicks on their website. They also used to require you to send in your screen protector when you get a new one but they stopped doing that this past year I believe due to covid or just trying to cut down shipping extra stuff.

As you can see in the photos, their warranty replacement packages are so nice too! It makes it super easy to replace. They used to have this other guide to place on your phone when adding a new screen protector, but they stopped including it which is fine because that's an extra piece of plastic that'll go into landfill. # environmentalism

Anyway, currently using their InvisibleShield Glass+ Privacy (black screen) and it's quite nice!
